Former player Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees broke the silence about why he did not go for 700 home runs with another team in the MLB.

Alex Rodríguez entered the 2017 season with the goal of hitting 700 home runs and becoming the first Latino to do so, however, the New York Yankees and he made a decision.

Multiple fans of his career expected to see him with another jersey in search of 700 home runs in the MLB, however, he chose to retire from the Major Leagues.

Rodríguez years later spoke publicly and explained why he did not decide to sign with another team even though he had offers.
