On Friday they played two games corresponding to the XXII Edition of the Intercollegiate Basketball Championship “The 10 Best” in which institutes of the capital participate in both in search of reaching the final stretch of the competition.
The contest is organized by the National Foundation of Engineers for the Promotion of Sports, directed by the executive director Lily Raudales de López.
In the female branch, two groups were formed: “B” for promotion, and group “A”, while for men there is group “C” for promotion and “A and B”.
On Friday, in the female group “A”, the Jesús Milla Selva Institute prevailed with a wide score of 94-14 over María Auxiliadora, while in the male group “B” the American School surpassed the two figures, winning 119 -10 to Milla Selva.
The female “A” group is made up of the American School, International School, Villa de las Chicas, Jesús Milla Selva and María Auxiliadora, and the “B” by the Americana, Villa de las Chicas, Renacimiento, Escuela Pinares and Milla Selva.
The male “A” group is made up of International School, Pinares, Cead, Renacimiento, Del Campo and Honors Academy, in the “B” are, Americana, Vida Abundante, Discovery, Milla Selva, Cultura Sur and Macris, and in the “B” C ”, San Miguel, Gran Commission, Americana, Del Campo and Villa de los Niños.
