Brazilian Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo was unharmed in a road accident in Turin that caused striking damage to the front of his car.
Arthur, who is finalizing his recovery after undergoing surgery in July due to a calcification problem, was driving a gray Ferrari when he suffered the accident, but did not suffer any kind of consequences, according to Efe.
The Brazilian international, joined by Juventus in the summer of 2020 in a barter with Barcelona for the Bosnian Miralem Pjanic, should be at the disposal of coach Massimiliano Allegri after the October team break.
In his first Turinese campaign, Arthur played 32 games and scored one goal. He won the Italian Cup and the Italian Super Cup. EFE (HN)
