Barcelona presented a new kit, exclusively for use by the Champions League, “inspired by young talents” in the city, according to the club in a statement.
The elastic band, explained the club, “is the result of an artistic creation in which young talents from Barcelona have been involved and which makes a creative reinterpretation of the traditional Barça stripes.”
The background patterns of the shirt, which will be on sale from Thursday, evoke five neighborhoods of Barcelona (Poble-sec, Poblenou, Gràcia, Raval and Les Corts) in neon tones.

The Barça first team will wear this new kit for the first time next Tuesday, September 14, when they will open the Champions League at the Camp Nou against Bayern Munich.
The women’s team, current European champions, will also wear this uniform in the ‘Champions’ with their own main sponsor, a version that the club also put up for sale. EFE (HN)
