The American Sloane Stephens and the Polish Agnieszka Radwanska will meet in one of the semifinals of the Eastbourne tournament.
Stephens entered the penultimate round without having to play, as her rival, Russian Daria Gavrilova, did not appear due to physical problems. Radwanska defeated the Bulgarian Tsvetana Pironkova, 6-2, 6-2.
The other semifinal will face the Swiss Belinda Bencic, winner of the American Johanna Konta (2-6, 6-0 and 6-3) and the Danish Caroline Wozniacki, executioner of the German Andrea Petkovic (7-5 and 6-1) .
