Beristáin predicts a tough fight against “Naughty” Arce

Ignacio Beristáin, coach of Mexican Johnny González, featherweight champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC), anticipated today a very tough fight for Jorge ‘Travieso’ Arce, the next rival of his pupil.
«I am sorry for Abner Mares -a former victim of González- and now I am sorry for ‘El Travieso’, for him it will be a very tough fight and for us a bit complicated due to Jorge’s spartan courage, but I have faith that Johnny will come out with his hand up, “said Beristain at a press conference.
González, 32, will expose the title for the second time to Arce, 35, on October 4 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, northern Mexico.
“It will be a war and expect a great fight from me,” anticipated González, who has a record of 56 wins, 47 before the limit and eight losses.
Arce described himself as a persevering man and that everything that he has proposed has achieved has been achieved.
“Today I have proposed to win the fight, how am I going to do it? Who knows, they will have to come down dead from the ring, but I am going to win,” warned Arce, who has 64 wins, 49 on the fast track, seven defeats and two ties.
“In boxing and in sports there is nothing written and people who favor Johnny, can be wrong, I also defend myself and I can hit,” concluded the challenger.
