Baltimore Orioles left-handed slugger Chris Davis has announced his retirement from MLB.

Chris Davis officially announced through a statement his retirement as a professional baseball player, after struggling with an injury that had him away from the pitch.

Chris Davis will continue to collect his $ 22 million from his contract in 2022, pending the $ 162 million deal he signed with the Baltimore Orioles.
