The Cuban Tamers swept (5-0) the Uzbekistan Tigers in the first poster of the top semifinals of the VI World Series of Boxing (WSB, acronym in English) that takes place in Havana.
The Cuban boxers won with unanimous votes from the judges in the five fights of the poster, which was animated by a participatory crowd in the Ciudad Deportiva Coliseum in Havana.
The first victory of the night was awarded by the Cuban Joahnys Argilagos, the youngest of the Tamers, against the Uzbek Nodirjon Mirzakhmedov, in a fight of the 49 kilogram category in which the islander demonstrated his refined technique and mastery.
Argilagos, a 2013 cadet world champion in Kiev, only 19 years old, maintained his defense from the first round and used himself thoroughly with effective combinations of left and right punches that defeated his opponent and won the fight by unanimous vote ( 50-43) by each of the three judges.
The second victory of the night was achieved by the 56 kg featherweight Robeisy Ramírez, who dominated Murodjon Akhmadaliev with the power of his blows, a class fighter who made his second appearance in this Series.

The fifth lawsuit, in the 91 kilogram division, allowed Erislandy Savón, the most prominent competitor of the World Series in 2015, to show his superiority against Mirzobek Khasanov, a rival with many technical limitations who at most only managed to tarnish the duel.
