Golovkin, 35, will arrive undefeated with 37 wins, 33 before the limit, and Alvarez, 27, will appear with 49 wins, 34 on the fast track, a win and a draw.

In the May 5 fight against his compatriot Julio César Chávez Jr., ‘Canelo’ rejected the commemorative belt and, if he wins, he could follow the same path since he does not want to know anything about the WBC that ignored him as a champion and gave him his title to Golovkin a year ago.
