Briton Cameron Norrie beat Spanish Roberto Bautista 4-6, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 and 6-2 on Friday, putting the equalizer 1-1, after the first two individual matches of the first-round tie Davis Cup round.
Bautista, who began by winning the first two sets with authority, ended up collapsing from the third, to give up the last three and the game in four hours.
On Saturday, the Spanish couple formed by Pablo Carreño and Feliciano López will face the duo Jamie Murray and Dominic Inglot in the dispute for the third point of the tie.
