Hanna Gabriel promises great fight in defense of her two boxing titles
The Costa Rican boxer Hanna Gabriel today promised an “excellent fight” in the defense of her two world titles against the Canadian Natasha Spence, this Saturday in San José.
«I am very happy with my tools and the resources I have. We are more than prepared. I promise the public an excellent fight, “Gabriel told reporters.
The 34-year-old Costa Rican will expose her titles in the 154 pounds of the World Organization of Boxing (OMB) and the World Association of Boxing (AMB), in a match that will take place at the BN Arena in San José.
“I feel very complete and happy with my boxing resources,” said the boxer, who trained in the United States last year and who has been preparing this fight in Costa Rica for three months.
The boxer said that if Spence hopes to see the Hanna from a year ago, he is going to get a “surprise.”
Canadian Natasha Spence, 31, said she respects her rival but will fight to become the world champion.
«She is the champion, the number one. I am very happy to be here. I am very strong and my speed will be complemented by my strength, it will be a great fight, very entertaining, “said Spence.
Hanna Gabriel has a professional record of 16 wins, one loss and one draw, while Spence has eight wins, two losses and a draw. EFE
