The 1-1 of the Juarense team was the work of Pol García at 19 with a header after taking a corner kick from the left.
The Braves’ somersault was completed at 36 in a stopped ball play. After the execution of a far free kick, Paraguayan Víctor Velázquez appeared in the heart of the area to score 2-1 with a sudden header.
Thus, the Braves achieved their first victory of the tournament and reached five points to leave the bottom of the classification. Cruz Azul was left with 10 units.
