Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman was disappointed after drawing 0-0 with Cádiz, but highlighted the good attitude of his team.
“I am unhappy because we have had five or six clear opportunities and we have not scored, but I am left with the attitude” of the team, said Koeman at a press conference.
“It was a difficult game, against an opponent who closes the spaces very well, you had to be patient, wait for the moments, we had the moments, but we have not taken advantage of them,” he added.
Koeman was unhappy with the referee’s performance, which ended up sending him off.
«It was for telling the fourth official that there was a second ball on the field, that he had to stop the game. In this country you are expelled for nothing, “said Koeman.
Asked if he had spoken with the Barça president, Joan Laporta, after his statement on Wednesday asking for support, Koeman said that they had greeted each other at the hotel.
“Surely there are more days to talk about this issue if the president wants to speak,” he said. (AFP)
