Argentine striker Sergio ‘Kun’ Agüero believes that “Messi will continue at Barça” and this was expressed this Monday when asked about the continuity of his compatriot in his presentation as a new player for the Barça team at the 1899 Auditorium at Camp Nou.
“I hope so,” Aguero insisted. “Let’s hope to play together with Messi, but we had already been negotiating with the club for a long time and what happens with Leo already depends on the decisions that he will make with Barcelona,” he said about whether his arrival is an indication of the continuity of 10 of the Barça, with whom he shares friendship.
“When the opportunity to play for Barça comes out, any player runs out to come and play here,” said Agüero, who will turn 33 this Tuesday and who comes free to the Barça club from Manchester City, with whom he played a few minutes in the Champions League final lost to Chelsea in Porto this Saturday.
