The Spaniards Rafael Nadal and Feliciano López have qualified this Wednesday for the doubles semifinals of the tournament on grass in Stuttgart (Germany) without having to play and due to the withdrawal of their rivals: the Colombians Juan Sebastián Cabal and Robert Farah.
A last-minute injury to Farah prevented the Colombian couple from taking the court, which gave Nadal and López automatic pass to the semifinals.
Now the Spaniards await rivals, who will come out of the duel between the couple formed by the Austrian Alexander Peya and the Brazilian Bruno Soares and the one made up of the Germans Philipp Petzschner and Jan-Lennard Struff.
Rafa Nadal makes his debut on Thursday in the individual table directly in the round of 16 against the Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis. Feliciano lost this Wednesday in the round of 16 against the Australian Sam Groth. EFE
