Pope Francis blessed a car participating in the next edition of the Electric Formula in the Vatican, according to the photographs unveiled by the Holy See.
The morning ceremony took place right in front of the residence where the Pope lives, in the presence of fifty people.
Next Saturday a Formula E race will be held for the first time in Rome, on a 2.8 km urban route in the south of the capital.
At the end of 2017, the Pope had already blessed a white sports car, a Lamborghini Huracán, received as a gift and destined to be auctioned to raise funds for charitable projects. In the past he also received a Harley Davidson. AFP
