Pujols connects first HR with the Dodgers

Albert Pujols hit his first home run for the Dodgers in the second inning of Thursday’s game against the D-backs.

This is the 668th homer of the Dominican gunner’s illustrious career.

With the home run, Pujols now has 3,256 career hits, taking him solo 13th all-time by passing Hall of Famer Eddie Murray.

He also became the 39th player to hit home runs for the Angels and Dodgers.

Pujols made his fourth game with the Dodgers Thursday after being designated for assignment by the Angels.

Before blowing up the fence, the Dominican had gone 8-2 with a race pushed by Los Angeles. (GG) (AFP)
