Until 2015 Marussia will confirm its pilots

The best season so far is being written in the book that chronicles Marussia’s short life in Formula 1. After the points reaped by Jules Bianchi heroically in Monaco, Max Chilton is improving this year by being closer to his teammate of team. In addition, the points obtained in Monte Carlo almost completely assure him the ninth place in the constructors’ championship, ahead of Caterham and Sauber.
After the great performance of both drivers of the Anglo-Russian squad, Graeme Lowdon, Marussia’s sports director, confessed that his line-up for the next season will not be confirmed until 2015, giving priority then to the technical improvements of the current season:
“There are 101 different things that can affect teams and driver preferences. The same goes for pilots. As for next year’s line-up, we usually leave it until December, we’ll see how it goes and we’ll focus on maintaining our position in the Championship. “
Also, Graeme Lowdon had words to praise Chilton and Bianchi’s great performance this season. Such results are causing great motivation within the team, which makes Marussia increasingly secure the ninth place in the championship, but they must not forget that if a driver arrives with the support of a great sponsor, they can leave them without their steering wheel:
“They are doing a great job. The atmosphere is good, the drivers put pressure on each other, but in a healthy way. They have only had one double accident in Canada. This is the first year in which we continue with the two drivers from the previous year, I think we are doing quite well. They are learning. We have provided them with a fairly good and stable position from which to improve their skills ”. (Courtesy
