Colombian striker Radamel Falcao underwent the relevant medical examination at a Madrid medical center with Rayo Vallecano, the club where he will play this season and with which he hopes to debut next week against Getafe.
Falcao landed on Friday at Madrid Barajas-Adolfo Suárez airport, on a private flight, to face a new experience in the Spanish League after his stint at Atlético de Madrid between 2011 and 2013.
The Colombian forward arrived in Spain after attending international commitments with his team, with which he played qualifying matches for the 2022 World Cup against Bolivia, Paraguay and Chile.
A day later, and with Rayo in Valencia to face Levante, Falcao underwent medical tests and is scheduled to join the work dynamic with his teammates on Monday to prepare for the Madrid derby against Getafe next Saturday September 18.
Falcao is waiting to be entered in the Spanish championship with a number yet to be defined. Of the first template, among the first 25 numbers, only 3 and 15 remain to be assigned. EFE (HN)
